Initially, Permglavsnab, in order to regulate the internal document flow, decided to acquire the 1C: TRAC Document Flow program, but during additional consultations with Oxtron Group of Companies, an upgrade to 1C: Document Flow CORP was carried out. This version of the program has the full functionality required to close customer requirements.

Most customer-requested features that are only available in the CORP version:

1. Work with processes and tasks (acceptance of tasks for execution; Postponement of tasks Hierarchy, interrupt, stop processes complex processes)

2. User collaboration (event accounting; reservation of premises).

According to the methodological part, Oxtron Group specialists provided advice on the preparation of the rules for launching business processes for working with tasks.

As a result of the implementation, the tasks of planning and conducting events were solved, taking into account the workload of staff and the availability of free premises. The number of tasks completed on time has increased, which has led to an increase in labor efficiency.

The system was transferred to pilot operation. It is planned to integrate with the software solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8."

As of February 2022, 20 workplaces were automated using 1C: CORP Document Management
