The integrated information system is based on the solution "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8."
The adaptation of the model solution was carried out in several stages:
Analysis and preparation of the information base "1C: Accounting state institution, revision 1.0" for transfer, writing of the Terms of Reference
- Transfer of data to configuration "1C: Accounting of state institution, rev.1.0" to configuration "1C: Budget Institution Accounting, rev.2.0"
- Revision of the program "1C: Budget Institution Accounting, rev.2.0" according to the terms of reference
- Check migrated data
- Testing and correction of the information base "1C: Budget Institution Accounting, rev.2.0"
- Create users and assign roles (per user 30 minutes)
- Common and service setup with the user
- Setting of data synchronization between PP "1C: Budget Institution Accounting, revision 2.0" and "1C: Payroll and Personnel of state institutions, rev.3.0." Testing Data Synchronization Configuration
During the analysis phase, the following works were performed:
- The existing accounting system has been analyzed.
At the data transfer stage, the following works were carried out: Not standard data transfer mechanisms were used, since the PP "1C: Budget Institution Accounting, revision 2.0" was revised, with manual correction of transferred data. The standard synchronization between "1C: Budget Institution Accounting, revision 2.0" and "1C: Payroll and Personnel of state institutions, rev.3.0" is configured.
As part of the PEI stage, users tested the work of the program. Following the results of the PEI, it was recognized that the system meets the needs of accounting and a decision was made to start work.
