Equipping 79 production lines in seven plants

The digital platform for companies and individuals SberCorus and SberIntegro launched a service for integrated automatic labeling in industrial industries. The service is useful for automated production of dairy products, water, beer, antiseptics, canned food, animal feed and other types of goods subject to mandatory labeling. This was announced by Sberkorus on February 28, 2022.

As of February 2022, six large production companies from five regions are using the service, which have already released more than 200 million units of labeled products. In 2021, SberKorus equipped software and hardware complexes for marking 79 production lines at seven enterprises, and the revenue amounted to €2 million.

For manufacturers and importers, the development and commissioning of this solution will help to correctly select both the hardware and software parts, taking into account the specifics of a particular production and each production line. A comprehensive labeling solution from SberKorus includes all stages of work with the implementation of labeling at any size enterprise.

The solution is delivered as a comprehensive service: from the selection, installation, configuration of equipment for application, control, rejection and aggregation of marking codes, to the automation of control and optimization of acceptance, placement, movement, selection, shipment and other warehouse operations with marked goods and the supply of accounting systems and electronic document management services for the transfer of marking codes to the Honest Sign system.

• Registered in the Fair Sign system
• Registered in the GS1 system and receive a unique GTIN code
• Marking codes (CM) are received and applied to the goods
• Using the electronic document management system, universal transfer documents (UPD) with labeling codes for goods are transferred to distributors and wholesalers
