2023: Inclusion in the Register of Small Technology Companies

Skolkovo"" included Tyumen INCLIK in the register of small technology companies (MTK) in accordance with Federal Law No. 478-FZ "On the Development of Technology Companies in of the Russian Federation." Skolkovo is one of three centers of expertise evaluating companies' applications for compliance with the MTK criteria. INCLIK has ten years of experience in building analytics and effective processes in retail and production. As of December 2023, more than 50 projects have been completed in Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. In 2022, the company received the status of "Exporter of the Year of the Tyumen Region in the Field of High Technologies."

Within the framework of the Federal Law "On the Development of Technology Companies in the Russian Federation," the main goal is to create a special legal regime for MTK - the formation of a new, "register" model for providing state support. Having a company in the registry will automatically "open access" to support measures without additional collection of documents and confirmations. The development of state support measures for MTK takes place in two stages: the revision of existing ones and the creation of new ones. Some of them will be introduced in the first half of 2024. For example, companies that have the status of MTK will not undergo an expertise on innovation when receiving a preferential loan from the SME Corporation under the program of preferential lending of high technology, - said Valeria Vorobyova, Director of the Department of Strategic Development and Innovation of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

The MTK register is a necessary tool for the development of the market, venture capital investments popularizing the sphere of private financing of technological projects and supporting innovative activities in.
