Born October 11, 1976.
She graduated from Moscow Medical and Dental University, dental faculty.
She also graduated from the Russian Medical Academy as a graduate of diploma education (RMAPO), specialty - therapeutic dentistry.
Irina began her career, while still studying at the university, she worked as a medical sister in the Botkin hospital.
After graduation, Irina begins working in the polyclinic of the Ministry of Agriculture in Moscow.
Continuing to work in the clinic, Irina becomes a consultant with several companies producing dental materials. Its task is to talk about the application of these materials in practice, speaking at lectures and conferences.
Also, in parallel with working in the clinic, Kovalchuk begins to work in an advertising agency specializing in the medical sector, Dental Initiative, and the position is Key account manager. Irina's customers were companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Neva Cosmetics, Colgate and Wrigley. In this position, she created educational projects for dental doctors. In addition, she was engaged in the creation of educational projects for schoolchildren.
Irina is a co-author of a textbook - a methodological kit on the prevention of oral diseases for students of 4-6 classes.
Irina continues her career at Johnson & Johnson as an assistant in the marketing department. For all the time she manages to work with all the brands of the company, including the flagship brand "Johnson's Baby." A great achievement was the participation in the development of a training program on childcare for mothers in maternity hospitals, which was subsequently recognized throughout the world.
At Bezen Helskea, Irina works as a marketing director. Here, under her leadership, teams in Russia and the CIS work successfully. I. Kovalchuk decided to continue her career at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. as Franchise Head. She managed a whole business unit responsible for men's and women's health. Irina's activities were very fruitful, the projects created by the team under the leadership of Irina were noted in the short list of the Kara Festival. Later, Kovalchuk comes to work in the VLAANT company as general director, the direction of activity is medical products. A little later, Lancet JSC absorbs VLAANT for synergy and maximum business benefit. At Lancet JSC, Irina works as Deputy General Director for Business Management and Development in the Russian Federation.
Irina is sure that being successful at work and being happy in her personal life is quite real. He considers his mission to help staff achieve these goals. She herself is a mother, which she is very proud of.
