2022: Launch of Voximplant Avatar Beta
On February 15, 2022, Voximplant, a developer of intelligent communication platforms, announced that it had launched a beta version of Voximplant Avatar, which will allow developers with basic JavaScript knowledge and companies to automate customer service.
With Voximplant Avatar's all-in-one NLP solution, developers can easily integrate up-to-date NLP functionality into day-to-day customer communication, customize intelligent IVR, voice assistants, and chat bots, thereby optimizing various communication scenarios - automated incoming call processing, frequently asked questions, ordering goods, booking taxis, surveys, and more.
Avatar uses its own natural language processing algorithms that allow you to classify customer intentions, extract and process the necessary information, and based on this, build a further communication scenario. At the same time, Voximplant takes over the support and scaling of the infrastructure, as well as the processes of managing data and other tools. Thus, companies will be able to pay more attention to business logic when creating smart bots and easily integrate them with chat and telephony for calls, rather than waste time on complex backend development.
Previously, Voximplant provided a natural language recognition service through a technology partnership with Google Dialogflow. Now the company offers its own universal Avatar solution, providing more flexibility and more detailed control over possible communication scenarios. Users can even train models on their own data, and any developer with basic JavaScript skills can manage the entire process independently.
For now, Avatar is available in English and Russian, but in the near future will support both Spanish and Portuguese. Beta is free of charge.
