On March 9, 2022, BSS announced that Fora-Bank launched an Internet bank for entrepreneurs based on its BBO system for business - Digital2SME.

Some customers have already been transferred to this system, by the end of the summer of 2022, according to the company, at least 99% of all business customers will use the Internet bank.

The Bank has independently integrated Digital2SME into its own infrastructure and business processes. To do this, he used standard BSS solutions that fully correspond to the needs of the bank to implement such processes. The BSS team accompanied the implementation, helping to do everything on time: advised and made improvements at the request of the bank, provided support during test and experimental operation.

In the near future, Fora-Bank plans to develop the capabilities of an Internet bank for entrepreneurs in terms of SBP services, the functionality of corporate cards, deposits and loans, the implementation of a full-fledged digital office for its customers (ordering certificates, receiving bank services and issuing subscriptions), automation of work with salary projects, online conversion at a rate close to the exchange, and integration with the platform of text chat to improve the quality of service.
