2022: Implementation of Astral.Platform
On March 14, 2022, Kaluga Astral announced that HRlink, a service for automating personnel processes, introduced the Astral.Platform solution for signing UNEP documents.
According to the company, in the spring of 2020, FZ-122 "On conducting an experiment on the use of electronic documents related to work" was adopted. The federal law strengthened business interest in personnel electronic document management (KEDO) and the development of HR services in Russia. To issue and sign documents with an enhanced unskilled electronic signature, the developer of the KEDO-platform HRlink chose the Astral.Platform solution. This made it possible to automate business processes and offer a full set of functions for organizing the work of the personnel electronic document management service.
First of all, HRlink tested the Astral.Platform solution on document chains in its own office work. Further, the complex solution was scaled to the commercial version of the HRlink service - for starters, the possible volume of UNEP was estimated at 100,000 signatures. Since the direction of personnel electronic document management is actively developing, including with the participation of regulators, negotiations between HRlink and Astral Group of Companies in terms of improving the service for March 2022 continue.
During the interaction, the functionality of the service was expanded, many legal nuances were developed and the processes for issuing and using an electronic signature were optimized. Integration allows you to integrate cryptographic functions into the personnel electronic document flow and sign documents from any device.
Thanks to the use of Astral.Platform, their employees can sign personnel documents in several clicks from any device, whether it be a computer or a smartphone. They do not need a special workstation for using an electronic signature, and the process of processing documents takes a matter of minutes. told Dmitry Makhlin, HRlink Development Director |
