2022: Implementation of "1C: ERP" and "1C: Trade Management"

Mirra creates a unified business management system, implementing the company's solutions in 1C partnership with IT-consulting the company. Columbus

The company's growing business required the creation of a single information system that would combine all business processes, increase the transparency and manageability of the company.

The new owner and business manager decided to create a single IT circuit of the company, which would replace many self-described systems that are not integrated with each other.

Columbus consultants proposed creating a single system for managing all business processes of the company based on 1C: 1C: ERP and 1C: Trade Management. The choice is due to the high efficiency of solutions: according to 1C, the implementation of systems allows you to increase the turnover of inventory by 23%, reduce the cost of production (on average, by 9%), as well as increase the efficiency of the company.

As part of the project, it was planned to create a single information system for production, procurement, warehouse management, sales and distribution centers. This will allow the company to increase the transparency of supply chains, ensure inventory traceability, control the quality and shelf life of products, improve the accuracy of production forecasts and operate with up-to-date data at all its stages, reduce cost and increase product margin, as well as flexibly manage sales and bonus system for distributors.

Project Results:

Automation of supply chain management, sales queues and distribution completed

In the III quarter of 2021, the Production, Procurement and Warehouse Management units were put into industrial operation. This approach to launching ERP became possible due to the modularity of the system itself from "1C": the solution can be implemented in blocks for each business process of the company separately, which allows you to focus on each business function, as well as ensure a smooth transition from disparate self-described systems to a single ERP solution.

Mirra got the opportunity to:

  • Accurately determine the timing and cost of delivery of raw materials and materials.
  • Manage vendor debt.
  • Maintain master production planning.
  • Define residues of raw materials, materials and finished products in warehouses and in production online.
  • Control the production process at all its stages.
  • Manage production BOM versions.
  • Control the cost of production.

In the future, sales processes, work with distributors and manage distribution centers will connect to the ERP system. At the same time, Mirra and Columbus decided not to limit themselves to the implementation of ERP solutions and are already planning further steps to develop cooperation.
