2022: Creating a drone
In mid-March 2022, it became known about the creation in the Rossibespilot aircraft, which determines the chemical contamination of the soil. It is development of the military educational scientific center of the Air Force "Military and air academy of a name of professor N.E. Zhukovsky and Yu.A. Gagarin" of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
An apparatus capable of detecting chemical contamination of the soil and determining volatile substances in it, including poisonous ones, is controlled by the operator using a special console. Calibration is performed on the device, piezosensors are inserted into the analytical chamber, after which the route is set. The UAV flies to the specified point, decreases and installs a gas analyzer on the telescopic rack.
If chemical contamination is present in the soil, pairs of toxic substances are adsorbed on the coatings of piezosensors, information is transmitted to the control panel and presented in the form of diagrams. By the area of the diagram, the concentration of poisonous substance in the soil is established. In flight, the base frequency of the piezosensors oscillations is restored to the next point, after which measurements can be made again.
According to the developers, the air flows created by the screws of the unmanned aerial vehicle of the multi-rotor type and counter air flows accelerate the desorption process. Self-healing time of piezosensors does not exceed 3 min.
It is noted that the invention relates to analytical chemistry, namely to measuring devices equipped with an unmanned aerial vehicle
It is contemplated that the device may be manufactured from units and assemblies commercially commercially available.[1]
In Russia, to protect the army and civilians from the effects of weapons of mass destruction and eliminate the consequences of their use, the troops of the radiation, chemical and biological protection of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are involved.
