2015: Transformation into the Ministry of Fuel and Energy Complex and Housing and Communal Services of the Krasnodar Territory

On the basis of the resolution of the head administration (governor) of the Krasnodar Territory of December 28, 2015 No. 1310 "On the Ministry of Fuel power Complex and Housing and Communal Services," Krasnodar Territory the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Krasnodar the Region was transformed into the Ministry of Fuel and Energy Complex and Housing and Communal Services of the Krasnodar Territory (Ministry ENERGY INDUSTRY and CC). HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES This ministry is the executive authority of the Krasnodar Territory, which pursues a regional policy in the field of the fuel and energy complex, housing and communal services and housing policy. The Ministry is the authorized body for the development and implementation of regional policy and regulatory legal regulation in the field of housing legal relations^[1]

2007: Activities of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Krasnodar Territory

In accordance with the decree of the head of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory dated April 27, 2007 No. 390, the department (until 2007 - the Committee of Housing and Communal Services of the Krasnodar Territory) was the executive authority of the Krasnodar Territory, which implemented the state policy in the field of housing and communal services in the territory of the Krasnodar Territory, a specially authorized body of the Krasnodar Territory to coordinate activities in the field of accounting for citizens as needy in residential premises^[2].
