Digital Design at the beginning of August, 2010 completed the project on system implementation of management of IT service in JSC Sevzap NTTs. The solution constructed based on OmniTracker ITSM Center automates interaction about 1,000 users and about 40 IT specialists of department of information technologies of the company.
Use of a product of OmniNet company allows to automate fully basic processes of management of IT, such as incident management, problems, configurations, changes and the provided services.
Romanov Dmitry, the director of the department of infrastructure solutions, Digital Design, reports: "Delivery of OmniTracker ITSM Center in in advance prepared configuration was feature of the project. It gives the chance to use the software product at once after the minimum setup and filling of reference books that considerably reduces project deadlines – in this case it took a little more than a month".
Within the project specialists of Digital Design provided interaction of the implemented solution with IT infrastructure Sevzap of STC, developed the procedural documentation containing the description of workflows and provided user training and system administrators. Training will allow IT specialists of the engineering company to expand further functionality of a system in the shortest possible time with the minimum costs.

Practice of other companies shows that similar solutions allow to increase efficiency of IT service considerably. Besides, a new system will increase its controllability that is especially relevant for our remote branches".
