2016: Prophix 12

The Prophix Software company announced on April 7, 2016 an exit of Prophix 12. The next version of a system is developed for the purpose of increase in convenience of work and expansion of opportunities for users using access through the web browser on any device from any place in the world.

Main opportunities of version 12:

• Improvements of a system for business users, in terms of simplification of the solution of strategic tasks in the field of performance management of the organization. This updating is a result of long observations of use of a system business users. The staff of Prophix considers that the trust of users is the most important indicator for the supplier of software products, and it is necessary to listen attentively to responses of professionals to make the system of the most convenient for work.
• Start of the web client on the basis of technologies HTML 5 that provides access to a system via all main browsers (Chrome Firefox Internet Explorer Microsoft Edge Safari).
• Studio of deshbord (Dashboard Studio) which allows business users to create dashboards independently. Using the innovation approach for consolidation of data business users can perform monitoring of the main business processes and key metrics of efficiency, with identical ease using as this stored in the Prophix system, and in external sources.
• The upgraded portal of tasks of working schemes and adding of a new option — workflow deshbord for quick access to assigned tasks on formation of budgets and also monitoring of complete, overdue and relevant tasks.
• The improved navigation and individual selection of tabs for carrying out the Operational analysis on demand (Ad hoc Analysis) and templates. Updating is developed directly on the basis of a feedback from business users that gives the chance to users to request and move on huge amounts of data for obtaining that information which is necessary, with the smallest the number of clicks.
• Additional improvement of functionality of the Enclosed lines and Comments of separate cells.

2015: Prophix 11 SP4

At the beginning of May, 2015 Prophix 11, Service Pack 4 is released

Shortly about innovations of this version: In Studio of templates there was an opportunity to configure dynamic navigation between reports or data entry forms, this functionality can be used, for example for implementation of receiving detailing (drill down) of the aggregated information from one report by means of other report.

In an internal conductor of documents there were opportunities for adding of the whole folders with documents in Favorites, to expansion of safety features over folders and also "take use of the principle and drag" (drag and drop) applicable as to folders and documents. The Runtime journal of businesss-processes in the corresponding manager is significantly processed: there was a flexible possibility of filtering by any parameter of the magazine for search of the interesting process or its status, there was an opportunity to set default settings for an interval of updating of the magazine (each 10, 30 or 60 seconds)

2014: Prophix 11 SP3

The come-out next large updating of Prophix 11 SP2 continues to expand possibilities of the software product.

• Integration with the products Word, PowerPoint and Excel from MS Office packet is expanded
• All data are stored in the MS SQL Server of 2012
• There was customized mobile application for iPad allowing to browse corporate statements
• Possibilities of the Manager of the working scheme on setup of processes of budgeting and financial consolidation in the working groups are significantly expanded
• The unique functionality of detailed planning, for the solution of such tasks as planning of staff expenses, fixed asset depreciations and so forth is improved.
• The system interface in Windows 8 style is processed

The version of Prophix 11 SP3 will be available to the Russian enterprises in December, 2014

Improvements of the new version:

The third updating of Prophix 11 brings innovations which go further in simplification of a performance management process of the organization. Improvement of the software is based on a feedback of clients from around the world therefore new requirements business of community were considered. Visualization and publication of data, more effective cooperation with updating of the module Template studio (Studio of templates)

1. Visualization

The generation of Prophix 11 gives the chance, during operation with Template Studio, on the basis of data retrieveds to create indicative dashboards of management (Dashboards), for demonstration to interested persons that considerably facilitates identification of trends and exceptions in a total amount of information. Highly visual reports can be created, using all information which is in templates. Now it is more convenient to show complex data visualization from different modules of the program, covering all key indicators of the organization.

2. Publication

Graphic analytical reports can be saved in a system, to plan the permanent automatic publication and mailing of data retrieveds both in the company, and for external users, using the widespread document formats (*.docx, *.pdf, *.xlsx, *.pptx).

3. More effective cooperation

Except creation and mailing of dashboards, Prophix 11 SP3 gives the chance to increase efficiency of cooperation, receiving in workflow comments from all participants and to save all notes in Prophix, for further use.

Improvement of Detailed Planning Manager (Module of detailed planning)

In comparison with the previous versions, significant optimization, was made for acceleration of operation of this module.

Favorites Manager (Favorites manager)

One more improvement in Prophix 11 SP3 is a creation of the new module Favorites Manager which gives the chance to the administrator quicker and to manage more simply the chosen reports or templates in case of a large number of users. Simple words it means that the administrator has access to the chosen documents of all users. It can watch and edit the chosen documents of participants of a system.

Now with support of Microsoft SQL Server 2014

Prophix 11 SP3 is offered to clients with the built-in support of Microsoft SQL Server 2014 which differs in high performance. Thanks to it users have an opportunity to obtain more quickly yielded and analysis results of information in the updated Prophix 11 SP3 system.

2011: Updating
