Biography

Vitaly Maltsev was born on July 14, 1977. Graduated from the Leningrad state university, faculty of mathematics, physics and information science in information systems in economy. More than 10 years is engaged in business development of trade and industrial enterprises at the expense of the organization of business processes using information technologies:

• 1998–2004 - worked as the Chief information officer in the Best Ceramics trading company during active development of the company at the market;

• 2004–2006 - was the director of information technology and the manager of the successful project on reorganization and process automation during start of the new plant on production of dry construction mixes in KREPS Manufacturing Enterprise Ltd;

• 2006–2009 - experience of successful project management on mySAP ERP system implementation on industrial enterprise on production of procurements from special staly OMZ-Spetsstal LLC;

• 2007–2011 - held a position of the managing director for information technologies in JSC OMZ, directed the service IT company of group of OMZ-IT LLC.

• On September 30, 2011 Vitaly Maltsev was appointed to a post of the CEO of AstroSoft company. In this position he worked till March 31, 2012.
