Education:

• 1991-1996, St. Petersburg State University, physical faculty (a bachelor degree, specialization in the field of quantum electronics);

• 1995-1996 Joseph Fourier university, Grenoble, France;

• 1996-1998 St. Petersburg State University, physical faculty (degree of the master of physics);

• 2004-2005 Institute of Innovatics SPBGPU within the Presidential program of management training for the organizations of the national economy of the Russian Federation. (the honors degree in the Financial management direction).

Career:

• 1997-1998: Olis Ltd. Head of supply. Ensuring continuous operation of the assembly conveyor of television production. Supply chain management, planning, transport, warehouse and production logistics;

• 1997-2003: Olis Ltd. A way from the programmer to the technical director. The organization and process control of development of software products, the Internet - representations. Participation in consulting projects.

• 2003-n. in: JSC St. Petersburg Mill Plant. Head of information technology. Solution of all range of tasks of IT. Development and strategy implementation of information technology development. The organization of development process (improvement) of the software from writing of technical specifications before its commissioning. Upgrade of IT infrastructure (Data processing centers, SCS, telecommunications). Project management and solution of the current tasks.
