Project Tasks

The main objective of the project - the creation of a common information space for motor shows of St. Petersburg and new branch in Tver covering operational, accounting and managerial accounting and covering requirements of a successful car business.

Project Effect

According to the results of project implementation 100 jobs in key divisions of Avtopremium LLC were automated:

  • motor show,
  • department of car service,
  • department of auto parts,
  • department of a design
  • department of rolling and evacuation
  • department of commission trade
    o painting and body department

In all three branches of the company the following accounting functions are automated:

  • Sales
  • Purchases
  • The accompanying transactions (pre-sale preparation, document creation and the credits, warranty service)
  • Inventory control
  • Cash management
  • Management of settlement

Integration "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" with the Alpha Car system will allow to lower considerably labor costs on input of primary documents in the system of accounting and to obtain operational information for the purposes of budgeting and management accounting.

For branches of the company the common information space integrating all production divisions is created. The staff of Car Premium company works with uniform nomenclature reference books, at the same time duplication of information is excluded. The management of the enterprise can obtain operational and reliable information about the course of sales.

Complex automation of Car Premium group based on the Alpha Car and 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software products

The Car Premium group is the owner of two motor shows in St. Petersburg and one more, opened in Tver at the beginning of November, 2008. The group includes the dealer centers of such brands of cars as Peugeot (Avtocentre LLC), Skoda (Avtolider LLC, Avtocentre-Shkoda LLC), Chery (Car Center Soyuz LLC) and Nissan (Soyuz-T LLC). In addition to car sale and spare parts, the company provides services of car service, rolling and evacuation of machines.
The management of Car Premium group set the task to create the common information space for motor shows of St. Petersburg and new branch in Tver covering operational, accounting and management accounting and covering requirements of a successful car business.
For creation of an end-to-end information system the Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти and 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software products with their subsequent integration were selected. Project implementation is decided to be carried out by forces of IT service of Car Premium group with participation of specialists of consulting and implementation company "Dialog Information Technologies".
The project started in July, 2008 with setting and automation of operational accounting based on Alpha Car in the Tver branch of the company. The ready model which proved the efficiency in Tver became a basis for automation of operational accounting in car showrooms of St. Petersburg. At the same time in group implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product began.
According to the results of project implementation 100 jobs in key divisions of Car of Premium were automated: car showroom, department of car service, department of auto parts, department of a design, department of rolling and evacuation, department of commission trade, painting and body department.

Accounting and operational accounting in car showrooms will be automated and integrated on the basis of the developed model by forces of IT service of Car Premium group. Integration "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" with the Alpha Car system will allow to lower considerably labor costs on input of primary documents in the system of accounting and to obtain operational information for the purposes of budgeting and management accounting.
Thus, thanks to joint work of specialists of Car of Premium and Dialog IT the main objective of the project is achieved: for branches of the company the common information space integrating all production divisions is created.
