The Sigma trading network returned to CSI cash solutions and organized self-service zones. This was announced by CSI on March 23, 2022.

Sigma is part of the Lotus holding and unites stores of different formats. In 2021, the retailer switched to an updated cash solution: it accelerated the cash line, provided control over the turnover of alcohol products, seamlessly integrated Set Retail with an external loyalty system. Self-service ticket offices were installed in the region - the first island at 8 CSI K ticket offices appeared in the flagship hypermarket of the network.

The retailer has already used Set Retail, but in 2016, leaving only the Set Prisma module for video control of cash transactions, switched to SuperMag UKM 4.

By 2021, it was decided to replace the current system.

Due to the low speed of processing cashless payments during peak hours, queues piled up at the cash desks - hanging at payment terminals reached 30 seconds.

There were claims to the logic of the loyalty program: out of 10 thousand established shares, the retailer worked only with the 10th, while not removing the old ones so that the active shares did not "break down."

In stores "at home" an urgent replacement of fiscal registrars was required due to the shelf life of fiscal accumulators. But the main catalyst for replacing the solution was the desire of the network management to introduce self-service for customers. After 5 years, Sigma returned to CSI solutions, evaluating the modifications made during this time in the product.

Set Retail manages all types of cash registers in stores, allows you to organize automated management: cash registers, operating day, weights and weight products, editing and printing price tags. Pirit fiscal recorders synchronize with the cash register and quickly print checks. The Set Mark Alco service eliminates errors in the sale of excise alcohol and checks brands autonomously, even in the absence of the Internet. The problem with queues, with the hanging of bank terminals has been solved. Work with shares and discounts has been established, integration with the loyalty system that the retailer uses to segment customers has been set up.

As of March 2022, the Sigma network loyalty card is in every household. Petrozavodsk We managed to retain base all cardholders and seamlessly integrate an external loyalty program with the CSI Set Retail cash solution.
