2022: Management training
Specialists and leaders of the Bank of Russia underwent intensive training on data-driven management with experts from the Russian business analytics market from the Institute of Business Analytics and Visiology, which the latter announced on March 24, 2022.
Trainings specifically for the Central Bank of the Russian Federation were held in the most intensive format. The examination of decision making with many cases, best practices and already established methods was transferred to TOP management and line managers of the regulator in 4 hours. And the training methodology using a decision simulator made it possible to work out new skills directly during training.
Using data-driven techniques in management allows you to build a transparent dialogue between management and analysts who usually speak 'different languages'. That is why intensive training included communication practices and task setting for data specialists, methods for using visualizations of modern BI systems and master classes on decision making in pre-prepared situations with an assessment of the effectiveness of these solutions.
Data-driven expertise allows you to build a new level of decision-making culture in any organization, providing the ability to effectively manage in the face of an ever-increasing amount of data, "said Ivan Vakhmyanin, CEO and co-founder of Visiology, an expert in data analysis and visualization, and a lecturer in the CDTO course at Innopolis University. |
The development of an individual training course for the management of the Central Bank was a special task for us. Together with the leadership of the regulator, we were able not only to consider cases from other industries, but also to adapt approaches to the specifics of the organization even before the start of training in order to ensure the maximum usefulness of training, "summed up the course Alexey Kolokolov, director of the Institute of Business Analytics, data visualization expert, founder of the analytics community. |
