On March 28, 2022, the company CorpSoft24 announced that it had introduced a system of personnel accounting and payroll for the Smile Rainbow chain of stores. The company has updated the system "1C: Salary and Personnel Management 8 CORP" from version 2.5 to 3.1.

The main reason for the transition is the termination of support for 1C: Payroll and HR Management 2.5 by the vendor, the lack of updates, including regulated reporting forms. Employees experienced difficulties in forming reporting forms, and they also had to manually duplicate part of the information in the main accounting system of the enterprise.

The transition process was carried out jointly by the IT department of the company and the CorpSoft24 team.

"The main objectives of the project are to introduce a current software product, improve productivity and integrate the software product into the business processes of the company. The team was tasked not only to transfer the functions of the 1C: ZUP 2.5 system, but also to optimize and refine the functionality using the wide capabilities of the implemented version of the product, "- noted Maxim Bekish, Chief information officer of Rainbow Smiles.

According to him, due to the fact that now in the system improvements have become possible without withdrawal from support, the company will significantly increase the speed of implementing changes in personnel and settlement business processes.
