Biography
2006-2020
Andrei Ulyanov worked as deputy director of the Barrister law firm in 2006-2007. He began his career as an official in the municipal "Housing Management Company," and continued in the housing and utilities management of the Ryazan administration, which he later headed. He spent a year as deputy head of the city administration, after which he moved to the "Center for State Cadastral Valuation."
2022: Appointment as Head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Ryazan Region
At the end of March 2022, Andrei Ulyanov was appointed the new Minister of Digital Development, Information Technologies and Communications of the Ryazan Region. He replaced Valery Stroykov, who resigned in February 2022. Then Timur Morozov became the acting head of the department.
Before heading the Ministry of Digital Development, Information Technologies and Communications of the Ryazan Region, Andrei Ulyanov headed the regional Center for State Cadastral Valuation.
