Automation results

1. A base of equipment and standards has been created in 1S:TOIR 2 of KORP, the system freely exchanges data with 1S:BP and 1S:ZUP in the contour of a single IT landscape.

2. The labor intensity of equipment planning and repair, resource planning decreased, and the speed of data receipt for analyzing the results of work increased.

3. The possibility of errors in obtaining data on operating time has been reduced to zero, the data recording process has been accelerated due to the integration of 1S:TOIR 2 BCC with APCS.

4. Automated processes that will allow the company to increase the efficiency of inventory management of spare parts and materials:

  • establish the minimum necessary stock balances in warehouses;
  • Receive balances in the system
  • order the necessary materials through the MR system.

5. Processes have been automated that will allow the company to increase the reliability of the equipment and increase its readiness for uninterrupted operation due to the formation of WED schedules, as well as operational accounting of its condition.
