In 2001-2002 - surgeon of the surgical department of the Sibay City Hospital, Sibay;

2002-2005

In 2002-2004 - Deputy Chief Physician for the Medical Part of the Sibay City Hospital, part-time surgeon at the Surgical Department of the Sibay City Hospital;

In 2004-2005 - Chief Specialist of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, part-time surgeon of the Department of Vascular Surgery of the Clinic of the Belarusian State Medical University, Ufa;

2005-2007

In 2005-2007 - Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs, Surgeon of the RKB No. 2, part-time surgeon of the Department of Vascular Surgery of the BSMU Clinic, Ufa;

At the end of March 2022, it became known about the appointment of Azat Rakhmatullin as head of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Prior to this, she had long served as first deputy head of the regional department.

Maxim Zabelin, who previously headed the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan, transferred to the post of head of the administration of the head of the republic.

The head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov, noted that Azata Rakhmatullin is an experienced employee and will be able to take control of the work of the regional Ministry of Health.[1]
