2022: Automate the sales process

The following works were performed:

  • Advice on selection software and options for its support
  • Sell Selected Software Products

Work on adaptation of the model solution:

  • client base generation, client portrait setting;
  • Record all cases in CRM, analyze the sources and efficiency of processing
  • integration of CRM system with corporate mail, and telephony;
  • recording and storage of customer interaction history, including recording of office telephony calls;
  • automation of the sales process, with the setting of tasks at each stage and the ability to monitor their implementation;
  • automation of related work processes of the sales department of prospective products (Obtaining the result of the Customer's analysis by the security service, preparation of tender documents, Feedback on product quality);
  • monitoring of the work and analysis of the activity and effectiveness of managers (actual plan by indicators, reports);
  • implementation of reports on planned and past bids.

Support:

The Company has decided to introduce CRM for additional activities: sale of related products of companies related to the Company.

To implement the tasks, the integrator for CRM solutions was chosen by AKAM LLC. Together with the company's specialists, the main goals of CRM implementation were formulated:

  • Build a client base in CRM
  • digitize market demand (potential, segments, competitive environment, prices) for 2022 sales forecast
  • Build the sales process and supporting business processes
  • Build analytics and control tools.

During the implementation, AKAM employees modeled and configured the following solutions: client base generation, client portrait setting;
