Obtaining production and consumption waste management scheme

The Committee for Environmental Management, Environmental Protection and Environmental Safety of St. Petersburg received at its disposal an adjusted territorial scheme for managing production and consumption waste. The work under the state contract was performed by the Etton group of companies, which announced this on July 19, 2022.

The updated terschema for the Northern capital of Russia for July 2022 includes 37 thousand container sites in 111 municipalities.

During the adjustment of the scheme, an analysis of the quantity and quality of the generated waste and the places of their generation was carried out. The document includes updated targets for the disposal, disposal and disposal of waste for future years. Also, a scheme has been developed for waste flows from sources of their formation to facilities for treatment, disposal, neutralization of waste or waste disposal facilities.

On the basis of the domestic AIS "Waste Management," reference books have been formed and waste flow flows have been simulated. The use of the information system made it possible to form the most optimal routes in the conditions of a city of federal significance with a complex historical layout in a short time.

The adjusted territorial scheme during its implementation in the declared volume will allow the region to achieve the indicators of the National Project "Ecology," increasing the share of MSW utilization in the region, and ensure the implementation of strategic goals in the field of waste management provided for by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 474 of 21.07.2020. "On the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030."

During the implementation of the project, it is necessary to analyze and summarize the customer's materials, form an adjusted draft territorial scheme, as well as take part in public hearings on the draft developed scheme. To update the territorial scheme, the information available to the regional operator on To St. Petersburg data the actual volume of MSW accumulation, the current scheme, transportation and information on waste accumulation in each municipality will be used.

The formation of reference books and the construction of waste streams will be carried out on the basis of the developer's information system, which will allow calculating the costs of transporting tons of waste from the waste generator to the landfill.

The updated document will take into account containers and bunkers planned for purchase by the regional operator, reflect information about the planned waste management facilities, and calculate the maximum tariffs.
