2022: PayMaster Service Launch

Users 1C can now accept payments from buyers through SBP to an account in any bank using the service. "" Paymaster The company 1C announced this on April 5, 2022.

Settlements through the Fast Payments System (FPS) are becoming more relevant and in demand. Through the SBP, you can still pay for purchases from a smartphone, which has become familiar to many buyers. Users of the programs "1C: Accounting 8," "1C: Our Enterprise Management," "1C: Retail 8 ," "1C: Cashier's workplace" and "1C: Mobile cash desk" now have a convenient way to pay through the Fast Payment System (FPS). In the near future, the service will be available in other solutions of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system. This solution was created by Paimaster LLC for simple and quick connection to the SBP of users of 1C programs, regardless of which bank of the Russian Federation they have a current account in.

How does it work:

  • At the time of purchase, the 1C program creates a functional link of the SBP.
  • The seller can display a functional link as a QR code on his computer screen, the buyer's display, print on the account, or send by email or sms.
  • The buyer pays for the SBP in the mobile application of his bank. The money is instantly credited to the seller's account.

It is enough to conclude an agreement on the SBP with Paimaster LLC to obtain connection parameters, and setting up the service in the 1C program will take only a few minutes.

At the same time, the SBP through the service of Paimaster LLC in 1C programs allows you to accept payment, make a refund and subsequently reconcile mutual settlements, having an account with any bank. You do not need to open a new billing account.

2020: PayMaster began accepting payments by QR code through SBP

On February 10, 2020, it became known that stores were able to pay by QR code through the Fast Payment System (FPS) without the participation of banks. This became possible thanks to payment aggregators PayMaster, Robokassa, RBK.money, Platron, etc.

As the CEO of PayMaster Andrei Smirnov told RBC, the company has completed pilot testing of payment through the SBP with two large networks and will soon connect 5 thousand cash desks. Smirnov did not specify with which retailers the payment integrator cooperates.

Stores begin to connect to the payment system of the Central Bank without banks

PayMaster will be able to connect stores regardless of which bank it has an account with. The aggregator will send funds from the buyer's bank to the seller's bank.

PayMaster will allow you to set up payment through the SBP both at the checkout of the outlet and in the online store. The PayMaster settlement bank is KKB Bank, which has been certified for payments using a QR code. Online there are two payment scenarios: for computers - via QR, for mobile devices - by link.

Previously, stores must have an account with a bank participating in the system to connect to the SPB. 34 banks and four services are connected to the system, but only eight credit institutions accept payments through the QR code, the newspaper writes.

Payment aggregators can provide the store with a wider list of payment methods than a bank (cards, electronic wallets, mobile banks, etc.), and this is their competitive advantage, said Viktor Dostov, chairman of the Association of Electronic Money and Money Transfers. However, the disadvantage of aggregators is that they can turn SBP into a system of non-fast payments, since they usually delay buyers' funds in their accounts for several days and only then transfer them to the store, the expert continues.[1]

2019: Integrating the ability to pay with WeChat Pay

Payment acceptance service PayMaster on August 13, 2019 announced the integration of payment through the Chinese WeChat Pay system. The solution is suitable for all offline and online stores.

The service will be interesting, primarily for those who are interested in tourists from the PRC or in buyers among the Chinese diaspora.

To activate the acceptance of payments through WeChat Pay under the current agreement with PayMaster, the store only needs to sign an additional agreement. To pay, the buyer needs to scan the QR code using the WeChat mobile application.

Accepting applications for connecting sites to the fiscal data exchange system in accordance with the 54-FZ

Payment aggregator PayMaster has developed a solution for the fiscalization of non-cash payments in accordance with the requirements of the 54-FZ. Accepting applications for connecting online stores opens on May 3, 2017, by July 1, PayMaster customers will be transferred to a new data exchange format.

PayMaster partners have already become Fiscal Data Operators (OFDs), the largest producers and sellers of CCTs, including fiscal drives (PVs). For its customers, PayMaster will provide interaction with the OFD, CCT and PN sellers, and, if necessary, will organize the receipt of an electronic digital signature in the certification center.

From May 3, 2017, the http://paymaster.ru website opens the opportunity to leave an application for connection. PayMaster will evaluate the required number of CCTs and PVs, provide access to the personal account and take over technical integration with CCTs and PVs to accept payments.

At the time of payment, PayMaster forms and sends a check to the fiscal drive of the online cash desk, and also ensures that the check is sent to the buyer. In accordance with the 54-FZ, the online store will receive not only PayMaster confirmation of the payment made, but also a notification about the formation and transfer of the check to the online cash desk and OFD.

The solution will reduce the time to transition to sales under the new legislation, removing technical and legal issues from the merchant. As usual, those enterprises that will ensure the exchange of information with the OFD themselves will continue to accept payments through PayMaster. Update in accordance with the 54-FZ will receive all ready-made payment modules for CMS, including such popular ones as 1C-Bitrix, inSales, OpenCart, Drupal and Joomla.

The service is provided within the existing tariffs, there will be no additional costs for accepting payments from the merchant.
