"In building the company, the founders focused on a strong IT strategy, and our team digitizes all business processes and uses the solutions that developers offer for the industry. In particular, we decided to automate the process of transferring finished objects and chose the Basic. Keys service, with the help of which we achieve an important goal for us - openness in communication with the client and transparency of all stages of apartment acceptance, "-

The service allows the developer to fully automate the transfer of keys. Its main functions include:

  • invitation for acceptance without calling with the formation of an electronic queue;
  • generation of a schedule for transfer of objects;
  • acceptance of different types of premises;
  • photo-recording of defects during acceptance;
  • fixing defects on the apartment plan;
  • Automatic document generation.

The developer's specialist fixes comments on a tablet with text and photos. All defects are noted on the apartment plan. In a minute, the quality engineer sees this information online and forms a punch list with one button, which is immediately sent to the general contractor.

The decisive factor in choosing a product was the wide functionality of the service: the entire process was digitized here, including paperwork, mailing, SMS client's personal account, fixing defects and analytics. According to the company, there is no similar product that fully covers all stages Russian of key transfer.

"The system has been tested and debugged in cooperation with more than 50 developers from 11 regions of Russia. And one of our clients managed to save 25 million rubles, transferring the object twice as quickly as planned. In "Basid.Keys" there is an option to customize - our team can finalize the boxed solution at the request of the developer. For example, for Asterus clients, the display of a technical request for correction of comments is additionally implemented in the personal account. With the help of this function, the stage of eliminating shortcomings becomes absolutely transparent for equity holders, and this is one of the principles of the developer, "-

says Artem Glukhikh, founder and CEO of the IT company "Basiz.Real Estate."

"They sign documents and connect to communication where you can't do without personal interaction. Sending invitations for acceptance, recording, recording of comments and execution of documents takes place in the service. To perform all actions "manually," we would have to hire another 8 people and increase the staff by 2 times. We have to work in a short time - in 42 days we must transfer all the lots to customers without violating our obligations and deadlines specified in the DDU, and with "Basic Keys" we quickly cope with the task, "-

told Igor Verkhovsky, head of the digitalization department of Asterus.
