2022: Creation of a multimedia complex for Skoltech

On April 6, 2022, IC TELECOM-SERVICE announced that he had built a complex of audiovisual equipment for the transformer hall, classrooms and meeting rooms of the Skolkovsky Institute of Science and Technology.

Skolkovsky Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) counts more than 1200 students from various countries, and more than 100 professors teach in the university. Skoltech uses technological IT solutions, including audio-visual and multimedia equipment, in the educational process.

To modernize and build a technological multimedia complex in the premises of Skoltech, the customer chose the company IC TELECOM-SERVICE. Work on creating a multimedia space in Skoltech's premises was made turnkey and included the design, selection and supply of voice, video and control systems, installation and commissioning of equipment, as well as the installation and configuration of specialized software.

The solution for the multimedia complex for the hall-transformer and two classrooms includes an acoustic system, Yamaha- LED panels,, Samsung, monitors DELL computer devices Dell OptiPlex Modero touchpads projectors , Digital Projection E-Vision Laser laser, microphones, Sennheiser interactive system with for Wi-Fi collaboration with images, Prestel video cameras and other equipment.

Features of building and functioning of multimedia complex in transformable premises of Skoltech:

• A separate place in the project was taken by the modernization of multimedia equipment in the transformable premises of Skoltech - a conference hall that is designed for 150 visitors, and an educational room that seats from several to 30 people.
• The convertible conference room ("transformer" hall) is one of the central premises in which the Customer conducts significant events: round tables, conferences, meetings, negotiations, training seminars.
• A feature of the conference room is its ability to transform from one hall into two full-fledged rooms. In just a few minutes, the standard room turns into two independent full-service rooms. This allows the customer to use the workspace as efficiently as possible.
• Multimedia equipment in the transformable premises of Skoltech operates according to the zonal principle. Thus, the systems transmit sound and video images both in each of the divided rooms, and, if necessary, can be combined into a single powerful sound and video systems of one large room. In other words, systems can "spread" over several rooms, as well as "unite" in one room.
• The control system in the transformable rooms consolidates the operation of all equipment systems, ensuring the hall operation in the required mode.
• The system operates with centralized control from the operator's stationary location. It is also possible to "mobile" system control, which is carried out using mobile devices (for example, control from a tablet). We add that a unified control system using a clear interface allows you to set the required broadcast mode and introduce other criteria without involving technical personnel.
