2022: Reduction of staff by 50%

In early April 2022, it became known about the reduction of more than 50% of the staff of the Ukrainian office of Bitriks24. These measures were the result of the start of the Russian special operation in Ukraine, because of which a large number of IT specialists left the country.

About the significant reduction of the team in the Ukrainian company "Bitriks24" , its general director told the publication "" Forbes Ukraine Dmitry Suslov. According to him, after the start of the special operation, the company stopped sales and "cannot engage in any development."

Ukrainian office "Bitriks24" reduced 50% of the state

Earlier the AIN.ua edition with reference to own sources reported that the B_tr_ks24 company or is on the verge of closing because of war". However, according to Suslov, on April 4, the company is still working and is not in the process of liquidation.

By April 2022, Dmitry Suslov owns 100% of the Bitriks24 company. ^[1]]

2017

The Ukrainian branch of 1C-Bitrix separated from its parent company, changed its name to Bitrix 24 and became a subsidiary of the American Bitrix Inc. The company also received a license to work outside of Ukraine, which made it possible to open an office in Warsaw, where its Ukrainian state began to operate.

The company plans to finally transfer all activities under a new brand by the end of the summer of 2017. According to Director General Dmitry Suslov, nothing will change for customers and partners of the company, the terms of the agreements with them will be preserved.

In total in Ukrainian "B_tr_ks24" by 2017 8 people worked, it is marketing and client department.

2008

The Bitrix representative office in Ukraine was opened in 2008. The founder of the Ukrainian subsidiary was the Russian division of the company, the final beneficial owners were Boris Nuraliev (Moscow), Sergey Ryzhikov and Yury Tushinsky (Kaliningrad).
