Project Tasks:

VNIIRA - large enterprise with several branches, the total number of staff of the organization exceeds 1500. For enterprise management centralization the management of JSC VNIIRA set the object to organize work of branches in a common information space and to develop the general IT policy in the field of the accounting systems. It will allow to make effective management decisions and also to reduce costs on maintenance of an information system.
Automation of personnel records and payroll on the basis of a uniform configuration which fully meets the requirements of the large company with filial structure became the first step on the way to achievement of the goal.

Project Steps:

October, 2009 – modeling of conducting personnel records and payroll in "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8"
November, 2009 – development of technical specifications on completion of a configuration
November - December, 2009 – completion of the software product
December, 2009 – data transfer from the existing accounting systems in a new information system on a basis "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8"
December, 2009 – January, 2010 – trial operation – parallel conducting personnel records, payroll for December, 2009 in the old and new systems.
February, 2010 – start of a subsystem of personnel records and payroll in commercial operation

Project Effect

Main results of the first stage of implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8":
• all branches of JSC "VNIIRA" keep personnel records and payroll in uniform information base, 30 jobs are automated
• in an information system the convenient mechanism of accounting of work on orders and payroll distributions of employees is implemented. After salary accrual by the relevant service distribution of earnings of each worker taking into account the number of hours worked on each project on creation of the radio engineering systems is made. Then aggregated data are transferred to base of accounting.
• the unified forms of employment contracts and supplementary agreements are developed for HR departments
• formation of various statistic reports according to lists and employee groups became simpler
