The project was completely implemented in 9 months. Close joint work of project teams, the permanent interest and support from the management of both companies, application of a technique of the packaged implementation which offered became important success factors of transition to a new information system and implemented NORBIT thanks to what we could adapt rather quickly proposed industry solution for features of our business. After SAP implementation 12 new shops were added to retail chain stores of Uyuterr, revenue increased by 17%, the amount of the average check for September, 2011 in comparison with September, 2010 increased by 27%."

The NORBIT company announced project completion on transition to a new corporate information system of management in federal retail chain stores of Uyuterr based on SAP for Retail. As a program basis of implementation the packaged solution of NORBIT company - NORBIT for Retail was used. Today in a system more than 100 employees of financial and logistic services of retail network work.

The project of creation of a new corporate system of management on the basis of SAP ERP started in federal retail chain stores of Uyuterr in July of last year. Preference was given to the SAP platform [[]] owing to successful experience of its application in the field of retail, the high level of reliability of a system and compliance to requirements for integration with external sources and information resources of Uyuterra. Setup of a management system for Uyuterra was performed by NORBIT company on the basis of own industry packaged solution – NORBIT for Retail.

The implementing solution NORBIT for Retail in retail chain stores of Uyuterr and creation on its basis of a full-function management system allowed the company to provide information and technology support of the growing business of Uyuterra and to start process optimization of commodity logistics and financial management. As Seliverstov Alexander, the First Deputy CEO of retail chain stores of Uyuterr noted: "For us SAP for Retail – not only means of processing of the increasing amount of data, but also the tool of an output of the company to new level at the expense of the solution of essential business challenges: standardization of management of assortiment, automatic planning of replenishment action and supplier orders, electronic exchange of documents with suppliers, organization of an accurate and operational managerial and inventory control, etc.".

Functionally corporate system of management of retail chain stores of Uyuterr covers three key blocks of business processes – finance, logistics and the analytical reporting. Regarding management of commodity logistics of a possibility of a corporate system of management of Uyuterra purchases and distribution of products, assortment management and pricing, advertizing campaigns, inventory management extend to forecasting and requirements planning in goods.

The financial block of the SAP for Retail system implemented in Uyuterr includes ensuring financial management, conducting accounting, tax and management accounting, traffic control of money and cash and also management of the credits and loans of the company. The analytical reports implemented in a system allow to estimate quickly income on the companies and the plan/fact of a goods turnover, to analyze inventory turnover and effectiveness of advertizing campaigns and also to conduct the rating of shops. Besides in a system the reports of Out of stock (which are absent available goods) and the analysis of checks are configured.

SAP ERP was integrated with the warehouse management system Infor WM, the workflow system of shops of own development (H70) which in turn directly interacts with point-of-sale terminals. Also during the project the electronic document management system with suppliers was implemented, exchange of SAP ERP with the payment program of Client-Bank and the "Salary and Personnel Management" system (1C) is configured. Now in a corporate information system of Uyuterr more than 100 employees of the central office, including accounting, commercial and financial departments and control and auditing department work.
