Domiland became a partner of YugStroyImperial. This became known on April 15, 2022.

Superapp is a trend in the construction market. For developers, the application began to be introduced only in 2021, connecting 15 developers per year. Among them there are both large and small. At the end of March 2022, the developer of the Krasnodar Territory, YugStroyImperial, also joined this service.

The super application allows the developer to optimize the budget not only marketing, but also sales, as well as post-sales services. The online deal takes less time, allowing more requests to be processed. Conversion to booking is improving, since the service, unlike the site, is able to return a potential client to search. The application also has a higher viewing depth than the site, and push notifications are provided free of charge, unlike SMS notifications.

In addition, as part of the use of the digital ecosystem, the developer can collect data on potential customers at the stage of operation even by indirect signs: water consumption, orders of certain goods or services in the marketplace, replenishment in the family. Further, by creating certain selections, the developer can send personal offers using push notifications and invite customers to a showcase with an already selected list of lots for this target segment.

YugStroyImperial plans to introduce a superappa system in all its projects. In the facilities under construction, potential buyers will be provided with convenient tools for choosing and buying real estate. In projects ready for delivery, the services for accepting the apartment will start working. Solutions for the management company will be implemented for the already built buildings: sending readings of resource metering devices, viewing details on accruals and the ability to pay several bills for one or more premises, conducting surveys and general meetings of owners, notifications about planned work, and much more.

Thus, a holistic ecosystem of useful services will allow all parties to the business process to reduce stress and spend a minimum of time solving everyday problems of different levels of complexity: whether it is choosing and buying an apartment or calling a plumber at home.
