Sports school (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

The Moscow region sports school on synchronized swimming and water polo using specialists of "1C:VDGB" carried out automation of payroll calculation and personnel records based on the 1C: Payroll and Personnel 7.7 software product

Automation of payroll calculation and personnel records in State educational institution of additional education of children of the Moscow region "Specialized school of the Olympic reserve for children and young people on synchronized swimming and water polo" was made based on the 1C: Payroll software product and the Personnel 7.7, the standard solution of a system of programs 1C: Enterprise.

"The specialized school of the Olympic reserve for children and young people on synchronized swimming and water polo" is State educational institution of additional education of children of the Moscow region. Now in two regional departments of school — in Chekhov situated near Moscow and Ruza about one thousand children in total are engaged. Children's and youthful commands regularly participate and quite often win the All-Russian and international tournaments.

Execution of works on automation of personnel records and payroll was entrusted 1C:VDGB company which has successful experience of implementation of information systems 1C: Enterprise and further maintenance of users of 1C.

The 1C: Payroll program and Personnel represents 1C: Enterprise platform from komponenty Calculation and the standard Salary configuration + the Personnel, implementing payroll and accounting of personnel. A component of the Calculation program it can be also used for automation of accounting of a rent, accounting of actions, calculation of dividends and other difficult periodic calculations.

By means of the standard solution 1C: Payroll and the Personnel 7.7 is automated the following sections of accounting:

• payroll on any kinds of charges and deduction;
• tax accounting of income of employees and other natural persons for the PIT and UST;
• personnel records of employees;
• office movements;
• reports for submission to different regulatory authorities.

Implementation of a standard configuration of the 1C: Payroll software product and Personnel 7.7 is made without significant changes. Are held demonstrations by specialists of 1C:VDGB company, installation and elementary education to work in program 1C. Now the Client Moscow region sports school on synchronized swimming and water polo is serviced through information and technology support of 1C:ITS.
