Bank Home Credit implemented the Electronic Office and strengthened digitalization when working with counterparties through EDO. This was announced on April 20, 2022 by SKB Kontur.

The Electronic Office project has automated the handling of incoming documents. Now they go straight to the responsible employees. 59% of documents are automatically sent to the addressees immediately upon arrival, 18% of employees take to their departments after notification. Only 23% of incoming documents are distributed manually.

Additionally, counterparty numbers in the systems of the Home Credit Bank are contacted identifiers automatically with the EDO participants - previously they had to be matched manually. The finalization of the integration solution helped simplify operations with the list of counterparties - as of April 2022 in the EDO system bank there are about 30 thousand of them.

We plan to further develop the automation of Home Credit Bank's business processes. We expect that as a result of the successful implementation of current solutions, the share of counterparties with which the bank works under EDO will increase to 60%.
