The incident management system of Octopus allows clients of Department of banking technologies of LANIT to register quickly customer appeals on service of the bank equipment and to control the course of accomplishment of each incident in real time in all regions of the Russian Federation.
The Octopus system has the user-friendly and friendly user WEB INTERFACE by means of which clients can post far off appeals and monitor course of execution of the request. The interface also serves as the remote console of access to a system for partners and contractors. This functionality allows to reduce time of processing and routing of addresses in remote regions.
The Octopus system is developed based on 1C: Enterprise platform 8. At registration of the address a system provides control of compliance of information provided by the client, to the existing service agreement. Automatic check on frequency of the address allows to study in detail the history of service of the specific equipment and to select an optimal variant of the solution of the available problem.
