Fujifilm signed a contract with the Pentagon for the supply of endoscopes for $405 million

The contract with the U.S. Department of Defense Logistics Agency for Troop Support also covers the Veterans Health Administration, the National Institutes of Health, the Indian Health Service, and other organizations. The contract includes all of Fujifilm's endoscopic solutions portfolio. It includes standard, thin, curative and 700-series zoom colonoscopes that allow gastroenterologists to adapt the technology to the patient's anatomy and clinical needs.

Also provided is an Eluxeo endoscopic imaging system that has ultra-HD white, blue (BLI), and bound color (LCI) imaging modes.

This contract speaks to the confidence and confidence of federal agencies in Fujifilm's high-quality imaging technologies, said Lou Cavallaro, Fujifilm's national director of government agencies.
