The management system of Service Montage Integration developed by NORBIT company on the basis of the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform covers processing of client orders, technical training of production, purchases of component parts and financial management. The solution allows to increase the general controllability the company and also provides reliability of operational and quantitative accounting, accuracy and timeliness of purchasing processes and efficiency of preparation of a production cycle.


About the Customer

The Service Montage Integration company works at the market of production and distribution of electric equipment and hardware and software systems APCS and ASUP since 2003. The company is an official technology partner of SIEMENS AG in the territory of the Russian Federation and carries out delivery, balancing and commissioning, warranty and service maintenance of electric drives and distribution installations of different tension.

Service Montage Integration LLC has the license for production, promotion and distribution of the distribution SIVACON installations in the territory of the Russian Federation and beyond its limits. Based on activity in September, 2008 of the company the rank "The golden technology partner of SIEMENS AG on SIVACON technology is awarded.

The central office "Service Montage Integration" is located to Kazan. Branches and representative offices work in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Izhevsk, Volgograd and Irkutsk. The quality management system of the company is certified on compliance to requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard.


Situation

The decision on implementation of a corporate information system of management was made to optimize due to the need in Service Montage Integration company key logistic and financial business processes and to increase the accuracy of an execution of client orders for ensuring timely preparation and implementation of a production cycle.

Solution

The solution implemented in Service Montage Integration on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics AX allows to automate processes of technology preparation of production, supply, finance and management of client orders. Besides the management system of Service Montage Integration is integrated with the accounting solution 1C: Accounting and the system of design of boards of power distribution Siemens Simaris Sivacon.

The implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics AX in Service Montage Integration company is implemented in two stages. The first stage covers process automation of processing of client orders, approvals of requests for payment and maintaining an agreement base. Integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX into the Siemens Simaris Sivacon system was also performed within the first stage. The second stage expands implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX on management of material stocks of the movement (including on purchases, production and sales), settlings with clients and integration with the corporate accounting system 1C: Accounting.

Results

Implementation of the information management system of Microsoft Dynamics AX allowed Service Montage Integration company to receive the effective tool for increase in controllability and efficiency of all structural divisions.
