To automate the existing business processes Docsvision platform DBMS PostgresPro ones, a stack of technologies was also chosen - it helped to avoid dependence on imported software in terms of working with documents. The digitization of processes and the transition to paperless document circulation allowed to accelerate the interaction of departments in RSHB-Life Insurance. In addition, the process of negotiating contracts has become transparent and controlled. Work with incoming and outgoing letters, instructions, service notes, organizational and administrative documents - everything has been transferred to the SED. In addition to the classic workflow functionality, the Docsvision-based solution automates the procurement process: organizes voting of procurement committee members and stores an archive of procurement documents. In addition, the SED approves insurance acts and their subsequent signing by electronic signatures. The relevant information is transmitted to the company's 1C-based accounting system. The next stage of development of the EDMS project on the basis of the Docsvision platform and Postgres Pro DBMS - creation of archive of client affairs, addresses, contracts which will also be integrated with CRM, 1S and a system for front-office.

RSHB-Life Insurance LLC is rapidly developing, processes are being rebuilt and adapted to current business conditions and legislative requirements, so it was important for us to find a system for working with documents within the organization as flexible and dynamic as the world around us. Having implemented the minimum requirements for the system in terms of internal document management, automation of the contract and procurement process, we laid the foundation for further automation of business processes based on the Docsvision platform, noted in LLC "RSHB-Life Insurance."

The project at RSHB-Life Insurance LLC was interesting from a technological point of view. This is not the first time we have configured the Docsvision platform to automate internal business processes and document flow. But for the first time they used a stack of technologies with the Postgres Pro DBMS. The result of the project is consistent with our experience, since we have fully implemented the possible functionality of the platform. And the customer during the period of forced import substitution policy, carried out in 2022, already has a solution that meets all the requirements of this time, noted Nikolai Avdyushkin, General Director of Erker.
