2022: Implementation of Axelot Logistics Consulting

The purpose of the project was to develop the concept of the warehouse operation on a rented folded site with the definition of the warehouse topology, description of tanks and location of technological areas, personnel and equipment routes, and an expanded description of technological processes.

During the design process, an analysis of the directory of storage accounting units (SKU), incoming and outgoing flows, and features of cargo processing was carried out.

Based on the analysis and the identified features:

• Topological model of the warehouse for the period has been built;
• Calculation of storage area capacity and optimal location of the warehouse process areas;
• Storage process algorithms have been developed;
• The necessary number of personnel was calculated and recommendations on the use of warehouse equipment were made.

Storage topology drawings with detailed description of the rack structure type and calculation of the number of bins are provided.
