The Naumen Talent Management system allows the company to solve the majority of the problems connected with management of qualification of personnel:

Architecture

The Naumen Talent Management application is developed on a technology platform of Naumen Kernel which is the environment of creation of business applications, represents the tool with basic feature set which act as a peculiar core in automation systems of the enterprises.

Along with the business functionality modules constructed based on Naumen Kernel, the unified information system of the enterprise can include already existing and again purchased components of third-party producers. For ensuring interaction of the applications created based on the platform the integration environment allowing to include business application modules in the unified information system was selected. Communication with external applications is performed at the level of the platform by means of the SOAP communications protocol that allows the means standardized at world level to provide creation of heterogeneous distributed systems.

Such modules as are a part of a core of the Naumen Kernel platform: the module of management of an organization structure and roles, the module of creation and execution of business processes, the module of the organization of reference books, a subsystem of storage of objects and access control to them, a management subsystem the user interface (MVC), the module of monitoring of processes and notifications on events, the report generator. By means of the mentioned integration environment the modules implementing business functions of applications, for example the Management system vzaimootnosheny with clients (Naumen CRM), the Document management system and processes (Naumen DMS), the Management system for qualification and personnel development (Naumen Talent Management), etc. are connected to a core.
