He wrote "Candles of charms are burning" - one of the favorite songs of Russian soldiers for the eighth decade.

He composed "Nightingales, nightingales, do not disturb soldiers" and great blues "Evening on Raid" ("Sing, friends, tomorrow we will go to a campaign in pre-dawn fog"...) - for which he just received the Stalin Prize.

His "First thing - airplanes" and "It's time to go on the road" even my generation - we, the boys in the yard! - sang after 40 years (this, o-my, hits, were in the top for forty years).

He was generally a master of male, fraternal song, writing "If only the guys of the whole earth" and piercing "Where are you now, fellow soldiers..."

His "Moscow Evenings" are included in the Guinness Book of Records, and exist in a hundred world options - for example, in the jazz version of Kenny Ball and on the Fireball album of Deep Purple. There are her countless correspondence in Vietnamese, Turkish, Japanese, and in all European languages.
