Truth of PR (1C: Accounting)

Automation of accounting and tax accounting in the PR-agency of PR Pravda (PPRA Holding LLC) was made based on the software product 1C: Accounting 8, the standard solution of a system of programs 1C: Enterprise.

For the purpose of improvement of the system of accounting by the management of the PR Truth agency the decision to automate accounting and tax accounting of the enterprise was made. As the software for implementation the 1C: Accounting 8 program which is the standard solution for automation of accounting and tax accounting, including preparation of the obligatory (regulated) reporting was selected. The Enterprise accounting configuration allows to implement any scheme of accounting and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components.

As a result of system implementation of 1C accomplishment of the following accounting tasks is automated:

• conducting accounting and tax accounting of business activities of several organizations in one information base;
• settlings with advance holders;
• settlings with the organizations;
• personnel records;
• settlings with personnel on compensation;
• calculations for income tax;
• trade operations;
• currency transactions;
• cost accounting and cost accounting;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• calculations for the VAT;
• the regulated reporting;
• tax accounting.

After installation and setup of parameters of the standard program on 1C: Enterprise platform by specialists of "1C:VDGB" execute data transfer in a new information system, new account policy and the uniform code of cost items is entered. Service of users of the program 1C: Accounting 8 is transferred to the regular mode on a subscription to information and technology support of 1C:ITS.
