Roselectronics supplied telecommunication equipment for the technical re-equipment of the EMERCOM of Russia

2023: Fulfillment of all obligations under government contracts

The United Instrument-Making Corporation, the managing organization of the Roselectronics holding of Rostec State Corporation, has fulfilled its obligations under all state contracts concluded as part of the technical re-equipment program of the Russian Emergencies Ministry. Within two years, mobile communication nodes and alert complexes were transferred to the ministry, as well as more than 2,000 professional radio radio stations of the DMR standard. Roselectronics announced this on January 16, 2024.

The territorial bodies and institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Russia received 13 mobile public information and notification complexes (MKION) and 21 mobile communication centers (ICC ES) to work in emergency situations. Products are produced (Ryazan Radio Plant included in Roselectronics) on the basis car KAMAZ of cross-country ability.

ICION provides the broadcast of emergency audiovisual information in places of mass residence of people, as well as in hard-to-reach areas not covered by specialized technical means of notification. The complex is based on a high-quality LED screen, which allows you to work at any time of the day in any weather conditions, as well as modern communication equipment, including automobile and portable DMR radio stations manufactured by the Sozvezdie concern.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations is designed to provide the divisions of the Russian Emergencies Ministry with stable communication in the field. The equipment installed on board allows you to organize satellite, wired and radio communication channels, create a local computing network, carry out video surveillance in the area of ​ ​ tasks, provide data transmission, including via video conferencing in a departmental digital communication network.

2022: Completion of tests of a mobile communication node for operation in emergency conditions

Holding Roselectronics"" State Corporation Rostec together EMERCOM of Russia with completed state tests of a mobile node for communications work in emergency situations (ICC emergency). The complex, created on the basis of specialized "cross-country car KAMAZ capability," is designed to provide the Ministry of Emergency Situations with Russia stable communication in the field. Rostec announced this on April 27, 2022.

The equipment installed on board the ICS makes it possible to organize satellite, wire and radio communication, create a local computing network, carry out video surveillance in the task area, and provide data transmission, including via video conference calls in the departmental digital communication network.

The ICC Emergency Situations was developed by specialists of the Ryazan Radio Plant of the Roselectronics Holding. The complex also includes DMR communication equipment developed by the Constellation concern: stationary and mobile repeaters, stationary, automobile and portable radio stations.

As of April 2022, the Russian Emergencies Ministry is implementing a technical re-equipment program until 2030. By order of the Government of the Russian Federation, the United Instrument-Making Corporation has been determined as the only supplier of telecommunication solutions for the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the period 2022-2023.
