The UMS Docs-management system solves problems of operational management of key business processes of the enterprise and also management of electronic document management.

Add-on modules of a system:
Scanner. A system provides to the user quick access to scanning of documents. The module allows to scan documents from the interface of the program with their further registration in a system, storage and a possibility of viewing at any moment.
Fax. It is specially developed module of automatic receiving and sending facsimile messages and electronic documents using fax-modem communication via the web interface of the UMS Docs-management program.
A system supports a full stroke of work with electronic documents, at the same time traditional "paper" office-work organically fits into electronic document management.
"UMS Docs-Upravleniye" provides the organization and control of the business processes connected with document flow, allows to perform registration, formation and approval of documents, creation of resolutions, acquaintance with documents of employees, automatic mailings of notifications and documents, formation of affairs.
A system allows to issue electronic tasks to employees, the specific documents connected with execution and also to perform interaction between employees during the course of performance of business processes with a possibility of differentiation of the access levels of contractors to documents.
The client-server architecture of a system is based on use of web technologies of the organization of a workplace that allows to integrate in uniform model of document flow not only single structural divisions of the company, but also network of the branches of the organization deleted from each other.
