2022: Launch of a digital platform for the employment of builders

At the end of April 2022, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation announced the creation of a digital platform for the employment of builders. At the time of its launch, about 1700 employers were registered on the site and 15 thousand vacancies were posted.

According to Kommersant, citing Alexei Tikhomirov, director of the Department of Permitting Activities and Interdepartmental Interaction of the Department, the platform will not just become a statistical database, but will act as a personnel center where construction companies, as well as individuals, will be registered.

We are working with the Ministry of Education to ensure that those who are in graduate courses at construction colleges are actively placed on the platform. We have already gone the first jobs in this system: we received about 400 responses. Our task here is to create an instrument, "said Tikhomirov.

First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities Alexander Lomakin emphasized that the personnel digital platform provides a "seamless" connection between construction companies and representatives of construction professions. He noted that the digital platform was created in the personnel center, whose tasks are to collect and analyze data, prepare and implement measures to eliminate the personnel deficit in the industry. The digital platform of Ministry of Construction is also integrated with the digital platform of the Ministry of Labor.
