DocsVision Designer of solutions

The module Designer of Solutions is intended for fast setup by regular means of the solution and for development of the new finished solutions implemented in the organization on the DocsVision platform. For implementation of the first task the environment of execution of the designer of solutions, for implementation of the second task – actually the Designer of solutions is used. Now the environment of execution of the designer of solutions is distributed in its structure for free, further it will be included in the platform.

The environment of execution of the designer of solutions allows:

• Configure the types of the DocsVision cards developed especially for the implemented solution. For any user type of a card it is possible to change:
  • appearance of a card;
  • behavior of a card;
  • specify different appearance and behavior of a card for different types, statuses of a card and/or roles of the user working with it.

• Create new types for the existing user type of a card.
• All types of cards developed using the Designer of solutions will be as usual (i.e. in the same way as types of standard types of cards) to be displayed in the DocsVision Navigator during creation of a new card, search and creation of representations.
• Configure the automatic machine of statuses of a card. The automatic machine of statuses describes a set of statuses of a card and condition of commission of transitions between statuses.
• Configure a role model for access control of users to system objects. The role model defines availability of different transactions with system objects to different users depending on the role executed by them.

In addition to it actually the Designer of solutions allows:

1. Создавать new types of cards inheriting behavior (setup of designs, types, additional properties, setup of a role model) from a basic card of the designer of solutions
2. Связывать controls on a card form with the fields described in the card DocsVision data scheme

Create an install packet for distribution of the solution, in particular to provide protection of this solution with a license key.

Enter into the list of the Designer of solutions and the environment of execution of the designer of solutions:

• The designer of cards, being for the user types of cards an analog of the reference book of the DocsVision types 4.kh.konstruktor cards uses in work:
  • reference book of marking;
  • reference book of types of cards;
  • reference book of setup of a role model and automatic machine of statuses;
  • reference book of numbering rules.

• The designer of notifications intended for notification settings about the transactions made with the user types of cards.
• Office services
• Developer kit (SDK) for the Designer of solutions in structure:
  • The master of generation of cards represents the separate application for work with cards. Functions of the master of generation:
    • creation and modification of libraries of cards of new solutions;
    • creation and modification of cards of the created libraries;
    • loading of the created libraries of cards in the database.

  • The master of installations is intended for fast creation of setup packages of the created and set up solutions
  • Documentation for the application developer on the Designer of solutions.

Designer of Solutions 4.5.3

The module "Designer of Solutions 4.5.3" is intended for development of new solutions on the DocsVision platform (in the context of business process optimization of the organizations) and for deeper setup of solutions at implementation. The uniqueness of the module is that it allows to develop specialized solutions under specific objectives without profound knowledge of programming, need for which is minimized.

The module "Designer of Solutions" provides considerable reduction of terms and costs for development of solutions. Thanks to functional features of the module, users have an opportunity of reuse of any solutions and their parts, and also possibilities of flexible configuration and even significant modification of the solution, both in the course of implementation, and at its subsequent operation.

Treat the main technology advantages of Designer of Solutions: the configured marking of cards, the improved setup of access rights by means of a role model and the automatic machine of statuses, a possibility of creation of specialized interfaces for different types and statuses of cards and different roles of users in a system, integration with Microsoft Office Communication Server, the built-in mechanism of notifications, a rich object model and also convenient possibilities of creation and editing scripts.
