The program represents the system intended for automation of work of legal and contractual departments.

There is an opportunity to set one of three interfaces for the user:

  • The user – only viewing magazines of the section of the Registration menu.
  • The operator – full access to magazines of the section of the Registration menu and Reference books.
  • The administrator – full access to all magazines and reference books, a possibility of adding and removal of users, access to the magazine of system events (who and when entered the program and left the program.)

Possibility of setup of access for each user to each magazine.

In the program the system of notifications by control dates for magazines of registration is implemented.

The modules making the program:

  • Registration and maintaining agreements.
  • Automatic registration in a precontracted work and final, with assignment of complete number. Possibility of setup of the rule of formation of number. Agreement card. Any set of partners under the agreement, with a possibility of document storage of everyone. Formation of the agreement based on the MS Word (*.dot) template. Accounting of stages of the agreement and subcontracts. The notification under agreements. A possibility of an insert of "original" of the agreement in any format, obtaining the image from the scanner. Except storage of the text of the agreement a set of characteristics for this agreement on which selections (analytics) are possible is defined. Conducting approval and agreement performance.
  • Registration and maintaining commercial offers.
  • Card of the commercial offer, export of a card to MS Word (OO Writer). Registration with automatic assignment of number. The notification by date of control. A possibility of an insert of the scanned image of the offer, the sheet of approval and the draft treaty in any format. Printing of the magazine of offers (selection), export of the magazine to MS Word (OO Writer).
  • Registration of the entering, outgoing and internal documents. Search in base, the notification in completion dates for responsible, magazines, cards.
  • Orders of legal department. Search in base of instructions, magazine of instructions, notification in date of control. Distribution of instructions between employees on the level of access rights is implemented (for a local computer network).
  • Registration of statements of claim. Maintaining the claim (a claim card, a case status), the magazine of statements of claim, the notification by date of control, search in base.
  • Registration of claims. The magazine of claims, a claim card, the notification by date of control, search, magazine printing.
  • Registration of complaints. The magazine of complaints, a complaint card, the notification according to the magazine of complaints, printed forms.
  • Registration of legal/accounting powers of attorney. Joint legal accounting, the legal power of attorney forms in MS Word (OO Writer), accounting in the M-2a form, the magazine of powers of attorney, export of the magazine to MS Word (OO Writer), search in base, the notification by date of control. * Possibility of an insert of a photo of the power of attorney. The schedule of listenings in courts.
  • Reference books: partners, employees, courts
  • Unloading of magazines in the MS Excel (OO Calc).
  • Possibility of setup of the interface, notifications.
  • Backup/recovery of base.


Integration of the program with 1C by Enterprise 8.1 is possible:
