Education

In 2000, Alexei Rudko graduated with honors from the Krasnoyarsk State Medical Academy, after which he entered the residency of the Research Institute of Medical Genetics of the Tomsk Scientific Center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). In 2004 he received the degree of candidate of medical sciences.

Biography

2007-2021

From 2007 to 2015 - head doctor of the clinic of the Research Institute of Medical Genetics SB RAMS.

In 2015-2018, he headed the Health Harmony Medical Center. The territorial branch of the compulsory medical insurance fund headed in 2018.

In early July 2021, Alexei Rudko was detained on suspicion of abuse of authority. Then the court chose him a preventive measure in the form of detention

The investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Tomsk Region, as his press service reported on February 28, 2022, completed the investigation of a criminal case initiated on the basis of the materials of the regional FSB, on charges of the director of the regional Territorial Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund Alexei Rudko of abuse of authority (para. "c" Part 3 of Article 266 of the Criminal Code of the Russian).

SK revealed unearmarked expenses of compulsory medical insurance funds in the Tomsk region for 69 million rubles

According to investigators, in 2019 and 2021, Alexei Rudko gave illegal instructions to subordinate employees about concealing the fact of illegal spending of funds from the compulsory medical insurance fund by several regional medical institutions. As a result of these actions, over 69 million rubles were unreasonably not returned to the budget of the territorial compulsory medical insurance fund of the Tomsk region. Unearmarked expenses of compulsory medical insurance funds are identified by TFCMI and insurance medical organizations.

By the end of February 2022, the investigation of the criminal case was completed, and the case materials with the indictment approved by the prosecutor were sent to the Kirovsky District Court of Tomsk for consideration on the merits. Rudko fully admitted his guilt.^[1]
