TsUP is Task management

The TsUP — Task Management system (Command center the Enterprise) solves these problems and provides:

• Increase in productivity of heads and employees.
• Acceleration of the procedure of decision-making and its report to employees. Heads do not need to hold everything in the head any more. Having set the task in a system to the employee, having defined its priority and terms of accomplishment, it can focus on another matters. A system itself will give a task to the subordinate (through the built-in system of notifications, e-mail or SMS), will remind of terms and priorities.
• The effective instrument of optimum allocation of loading between employees. The head can always look who at what tasks performs who is too overloaded and who is free.
• Effective control behind accomplishment of assigned tasks and behind activity of the reports subordinated through a system.

Organizational structure of the enterprise

All staff of the enterprise and structure with branches and child divisions is entered into the system. The structure of the enterprise and information on employees can be changed flexibly.

Splitting large purposes and projects into tasks and their distribution by employees

The system of project management allows the head to appoint quickly to employees of a task, to control their accomplishment.

Viewing list of all tasks, task performance control

Evident submission of the list of all tasks and extent of their accomplishment allows to see "wood" behind separate "trees", an overall picture of life of the organization entirely. The list of tasks can be grouped in contractors, works and other parameters. All tree of works and tasks in an evident form shows who what tasks performs what priorities of these tasks, terms of the beginning and completion of works as far as employees keep within the diagram. The performed tasks are highlighted in green color, outstanding delayed – red.

Using the Gantt chart it is possible to observe schedules of the performed works visually.

Convenient form of purpose of tasks

In shape the name of a task, its description, terms, contractors, importance degree can be set. Files can be attached to a task (for example, the commercial offer which need to be worked). Then these files can be edited here. Old versions automatically remain.

Reports on employees and on tasks for the head

A system allows to create reports for heads on the task performance course. Group statistical data – in departments, in specific employees, on projects or works, etc. Reports show how many tasks were appointed how many of them it is executed how many of them it is executed in time, what percentage of the delivered and performed tasks, etc.

The digital diary – convenient means of planning of personal time

Unlike paper, in the digital diary it is not obligatory to look. A system itself reminds of the coming event – an important call or a business meeting.

Security issues and differentiations of access rights

A system provides the high level of security:

• Logins and passwords. Differentiation of the rights and the information access layer will allow you to distribute information on employees according to the level of their admission.
• Possibility of use of electronic keys
• Encoding of data by transfer does useless interception of data on the line – even if it will occur – information cannot be decrypted.
• Password guessing - due to shutdown of a system for 5 minutes is excluded at a triple wrong set of the password.
• Possibility of access restriction to the IP addresses. You can permit to enter to some users only from certain computers.
