2022: State data center for MFC IT systems and E-Yakutia platform launched in Yakutsk

On May 5, 2022, the official launch of the modular data center took place in Yakutia, on the basis of which state IT systems will operate. This was told by the head of the region Aysen Nikolaev.

According to him, at the first stage of work in the launched data processing center, information systems and resources of the state authorities of Yakutia, as well as their subordinate institutions, are located - this is the E-Yakutia information technology platform and AIS MFC, an intelligent transport system, an operational forest fire monitoring system, a call center of a single number 122, a combined payment document and my digital assistant AITA.

The work of the data center will give impetus to the introduction of projects in the republic as part of a digital transformation strategy, which was developed on behalf of our President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, Nikolaev wrote in his Telegram channel.

Computing equipment of budget organizations and businesses is planned to be placed in the new data center in 2022. At the second stage, when brought to full capacity, the center will provide additional services for the public sector and business. The data center will increase the stability of information systems, while increasing the security of stored data, the head of Yakutia added.
