2022: Create a corporate hybrid conference center
On May 5, 2022, Jet Infosystems announced that it had created a space in its office equipped in accordance with current practices in the field of multimedia and engineering solutions. Now the company has a multifunctional transformable space with a flexible management system for conferences, seminars and training events.
The space was created in-house by Infosystem Jet IT specialists, who implemented several large projects to introduce multimedia and create agile spaces for a number of Russian companies.
This conference center is easily transformed to the tasks and format of the event. Thanks to two mobile partitions, it can be divided into three isolated functional zones. Each of the zones has a separate entrance, an independent air conditioning and ventilation system and the necessary multimedia equipment. For large events, the room can be converted into a conference room with a capacity of more than 100 people.
One of the main components of the multimedia complex is a seamless LED screen based on MicroLED technology (chip-on-board). Such displays have higher brightness and provide lower power consumption compared to SMD LED screens.
Each of the functional zones is equipped with mobile sets of video conferencing. These are interactive displays that can be used to display content in various ways (including Miracast technology and the Barco button). In the electronic whiteboard mode, users can create unusual effects on the screen, crop, edit and move images in one click, and then send the result to the event participants by email.
Loudspeakers are evenly distributed throughout the room to ensure high sound quality at any point in the hall, and sound-insulating and sound-absorbing materials are used to eliminate the effect of the well. Speakers are provided with wireless microphone systems, manual and loop microphones, microphones on a flexible rack, as well as a microphone array above the listeners.
All systems are united by a single Crestron management and automation platform, the interface of which was developed specifically for the conference center. With the help of a control tablet, participants and event organizers can configure all multimedia equipment for a specific task, as well as change the sources of audio and video signals, control VKS, recording and cameras.

For example, we can schedule a conference for partners, and the next day - training for a team of 10 people. And our conference center will fit any format, because the space is easily transformed into different requests. When designing, we also took into account the fact that most of the events take place in a hybrid format.
